1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GaavConnect (gaavconnect.in), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the platform.

2. Platform Purpose & Scope

GaavConnect is an independent hyper-local digital business discovery directory and community guide focused on Nashik District (including Ghoti, Igatpuri, Trimbakeshwar, and highway NH-160 corridors). GaavConnect provides business contact information, locations, and descriptions for general informational and local connectivity purposes.

3. Business Submissions & Merchant Responsibilities

Business owners, merchants, and service providers who submit listings to GaavConnect agree to:

• Provide accurate, authentic, and up-to-date business details, operating hours, phone numbers, and addresses.
• Possess all necessary commercial licenses, trade registrations, and food safety certifications (FSSAI) required for their respective trade.
• Never submit misleading information, fake customer reviews, deceptive pricing, or prohibited goods/services.
• Promptly notify GaavConnect if business status, ownership, or phone contact details change.

4. Consumer Discretion & Direct Commercial Transactions

GaavConnect connects buyers and local merchants with 0% commission. We do not process customer payments, hold funds in escrow, or act as an intermediary for transactions between consumers and listed businesses.

• Customers are solely responsible for verifying pricing, product quality, warranty terms, and merchant credentials before making payments.
• Never share one-time passwords (OTPs), banking credentials, or send advance deposits to unverified individuals.
• GaavConnect is not liable for disputes, defective merchandise, or service deficiencies arising from transactions with third-party merchants.

5. Third-Party Advertising & Google AdSense

GaavConnect displays advertisements served by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense. We do not endorse or guarantee the products, claims, or services advertised in third-party banners or sponsored links. Clicking on external ad banners redirects you to third-party websites governed by their own independent privacy and terms of service policies.

6. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

The design, layout, graphics, code, and curated content of GaavConnect (including our regional travel and highway food guides) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not scrape, harvest, reproduce, or systematically copy directory listings, database entries, or merchant phone numbers for commercial telemarketing or competing platforms without prior written authorization.

7. Prohibited Platform Activities

Users agree not to engage in any activity that impairs or interferes with GaavConnect, including:

• Deploying automated scrapers, web crawlers, or denial-of-service bots to extract directory data.
• Posting defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful content in business descriptions.
• Impersonating another business owner, trade entity, or government official.
• Attempting unauthorized administrative access to our servers, databases, or API routes.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

GaavConnect is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain verified listing accuracy, we do not warrant that all listings are error-free or that platform access will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GaavConnect and founder Om Vilas Shinde disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
